Sweet and small - Patch

Patch is a sweet but shy little guy looking for a patient and loving forever home. He may be scared at first, but with time, gentle care, and lots of love, he’ll start to come out of his shell. Once he trusts you, he becomes a loyal and affectionate companion who just wants a safe place to call home. He has come from a bad situation but is the sweetest, smallest little guy who deserves the best.

Personality & Temperament
Timid and nervous around new people and environments.
Needs time and patience to build trust.
Once comfortable, he enjoys snuggles and quiet companionship.
Best suited for a calm home with minimal loud noises or chaos.
Prefers gentle handling and slow introductions to new situations.

Ideal Home
A quiet, low-stress household.
A patient and understanding adopter who will let him adjust at his own pace.
No young children (due to his nervous nature).
A secure yard or a safe space indoors where he feels comfortable.
Possibly a calm, confident similar sized female dog to help him feel secure.

Training & Needs
Working on confidence-building and socialization.
Needs a gentle approach to training and handling.
Has no experience walking on a lead.
Getting better at toilet training still has the odd peeing accident.
Would do best with a predictable routine to help him feel safe.
