Candy the Labrador

Candy is a gentle and sweet pure breed Labrador girl who has come into care through no fault of her own. She is very affectionate and she loves everyone she meets.

Her tail is constantly wagging - true lab style - and she gives the best kisses and cuddles. Candy has the most beautiful eyes and when she looks deep into your eyes, your heart will just melt.

Candy would go well as a single dog, or with another male dog for company. She is not suitable for full time workers; she will need someone who's home most of the time - if you work from home, that would be ideal. She does not want to be left alone - this might change over time when she feels more confident in her new home.

Candy would suit a family or a single person, as long as she gets all the love she deserves. She has not been tested with cats, or any other pets besides dogs, but she ignores all the birds that are feeding on the grass in her foster home and she has not shown any signs of being prey driven or food protective at all.

Whoever adopts this girl is going to be very lucky - she’s one in a million.
